The grapes were selected from vineyards producing a consistency of style of wine in a can using two innovative globally patented technologies - the unique Vinsafe method plus the new IP2 technology which extends shelf life whilst reducing the use of chemical preservatives and create a BPA free can.

The sparkling wine is the ideal accompaniment to cheese such as parmesan, washed rind, hummus, pesto and salmon roe as well as creamy sauces in dishes such as baked pasta and gnocchi.
