The nose of honey from subtle wine maturity provides a classy wine with a distinctive peach aroma. It has a good green, pale gold colour. Full flavoured dry whites suit a range of salads and Mediterranean food styles, particularly when served with vinaigrettes or mayonnaise. Try with warm seafood salads, salt cod, poached salmon, seared tuna or swordfish and whole baked white fish.
