Premium South Eastern Australian Wine
A full bodied red wine blend of three fully ripe Australian grape varieties. Ripe flavours and firm finish are provided by the cabernet, the rich mouth feel by the shiraz, and lots of mellowness by merlot. There are ripe aromas on the nose, a subtle hint of oak, red and crimson colours.
Full bodied dry reds suit salamis, pastas with meat and vegetable sauces, red meat braises, roasted, char-grilled or BBQ red meats, spicy Middle Eastern dishes, tagines, Thai and Indian curries, white mould and cheese.
